To give a very short brief of our company, it is founded by a women entrepreneur and a highly successful US based Indian technocrat. The same person, having extensively worked as corporate and individual trainer in technology, earlier co founded a AI based company named Skil.ai which has risen from a near zero investment start-up to USD 25 million company within a span of just 4 years. It has in its books more than 25 Corporate clients, with the most prestigious one being a fortune 100 company which is now using a AI based Chatbot, developed from scratch by Skil.ai, in 50+ countries across the world. Apart from revenue generation and securing marquee clients, Skil.ai has so far trained in house 50+ candidates in various trending technologies who are now working for some of the most successful companies in US and elsewhere with an average pay of around USD 150,000 and the highest pay drawn by one of its alumni being USD 300,000.

Anyone such as a fresher, any person seeking a job change / upgrade, who has been fired by their present employers and so on. In a way, we will help candidates by making them recession proof.

    • If he is market-ready, we will arrange interviews in one or more of our client / partner companies till such time he is absorbed by a company if their terms are agreeable to the candidate. This process goes on till such time he finds a suitable employment.
    • If he is not market-ready we will arrange a 6 – 8 weeks of On The Job and / or remote training to him which will enable him to upgrade his skill sets in trending technologies, totally free of cost. The curriculum will be based on candidate’s past experience if any, his aptitude, his educational qualification and market demand. And, then he will be placed in a suitable, mutually agreeable company.
Any IT Graduate settled in US on a proper and legitimate VISA and looking for a job / change in job. He should be willing to work as per the terms and conditions laid down by the client company which will hire him. He should also be willing to sign a simple Undertaking which will specify his obligations towards
Once you identify a suitable candidate matching the above broad guidelines, you should immediately inform full details of the candidate to by sending an email to [email protected]
  1. 1. You will be paid the admission bonus as soon as the candidate referred by you has been placed. The remaining amount will be paid as per the Payment Schedule given below, subject to the candidate staying in client roles up to the relevant periods.
  2. 2. The Reward amount will be based on the Minimum Mark-up, which is as below:
    For salary will a minimum Mark Up of above USD 10 per hour
    Admission Bonus on the date of admission $ 250
    On 30th day of Admission $ 500
    On 60th day of Admission $ 750
    On 90th day of Admission $ 1500
    Total: $ 3000

    *Referral will be prorated if the markup is less than USD 10 per hour*

  3. The Reward amount will be paid electronically to your bank account whose details are to be furnished by you. Form 1099 will be issued for the reward amount paid to the US referrers.

It’s a genuine and logical question which we are bound to answer since we intend to maintain transparency in all our dealings. Once your referred candidate is placed in our client company, we will be remunerated by way of certain percentage of hourly compensation paid to the candidate. While a part of it will be defrayed towards our costs of maintaining the employee in our roles, complying with employee related statutory formalities, our administrative expenses; the remaining amount will be paid as rewards, retaining a minuscule portion of such remuneration towards our operating margin.
